Well Last weekend marked a very special event for the ridgefour family with our boy Begg turning the dirty 30! With any dirty 30 party comes many things, friends, family, cake, a shit ton of booze, and of course waking up naked on the kitchen floor at 6am! Hope ya had a good one Begger!!!! Cheers to another 30 more!!!!

DZ makes it MAD DECENT

DZ has been producing music for sometime now, and has been part of the ridgefour family for years. We first watched DZ spend countless hours writing enough drum and bass tracks to compile about 10 albums single handedly. DZ has since found his calling in the Dubstep world and is recognized worldwide for being one of the best dubstep producers in the game. DZ has since landed on MAD DECENT and we couldn't be happier for him. This month promises to keep pace with the banging Halloween party that was thrown last month for GRIND. Big thanks to NORML and all that came out. If ya missed it, tough shit, your loss, just be sure to come out Sat night and check this months special guest DJ ENKI from the Oakland Faders!

Born and raised on the East Coast, Enki has been DJing for almost 15 years. He’s shared the stage with the likes of Z-Trip, J-Rocc, Melo-D, Kid Koala, Rob Swift, Shortkut, Apollo, Jazzy Jay, Peanut Butter Wolf, Lyrics Born, Brother J (X-Clan), Zeph, Romanowski, Doc Fu and a host of others. He was the main resident for the infamous Money$hot weekly in San Francisco for two and a half years, during which it got named one of the top 5 Hip-Hop weeklies in the country by URB Magazine.

If his resume isnt enough to get you out on Sat night, ya need some serious help!!!

Mitsubishi City Chase

On Saturday July 18th Ridgefour is proud to be a part of Mitsubishi's City Chase. r4 will be taking care of one of the check points. Come and check us out between 10am-4pm. If you can find us that is!

The City Chase is a unique urban adventure that requires participants to exhibit teamwork, resourcefulness, determination and the ability to make decisions on the fly as they search for ChasePoints scattered in unknown locations throughout the city. ChasePoints are designed to test teams with a variety of physical, mental, and otherwise adventurous challenges.

To conquer this 4-6 hour urban event, 2-person teams will run, walk and use public transit to navigate their way throughout the city, while calling family and friends for help, accessing the Internet, and even employing assistance of total strangers. The first team to complete the required ChasePoints and cross the finish line WINS

Sebastien Toutant - Winner of the Empire Shakedown 09

So Shakedown once again was a great time. Rain all day but crowd and riders all took it and the event was insane. The setup consisted of a down rail, pyramid and C rail going over a waterfall. Winner of the 2006 Shakedown Sebastien Toutant killed it and is now the first rider to win it 2 times. Big gap 270 to down pyramid all day. Congratulations Seb!!
